As a founder, Chairman & Managing Director, Balaji is responsible for building the vision and guiding company's strategies. Prior to the formation of Hawk-Eye, Balaji was the Chief Financial Officer for HMA Group of companies. HMA was the first corporate to introduce the ATM & Switching technology into the Country. During his tenure, spanning over 17 yrs, he played pivotal role in the arena of disinvestment, demerger, setting up state-of-the-art ATM assembling unit at Union Territory of Pondicherry. In addition to handling a gamut of financial & accounting activities, Balaji was instrumental in acquiring lands for HMA Land Pvt. Ltd. in A grade cities such as Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore and other B grade cities. He is presently the President & CEO of Competitive Edge Academy Pvt. Ltd., a professionally managed academy which equips students to crack competitive exams. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Master of Business Administration in Finance.

As chief Operating officer, Suryakumar is responsible for Hawk-Eye's strategic direction and operations. He would also be involved in providing litigation support services and strategic consulting for corporate clients. Suryakumar possesses over 15 years of experience in the field of Legal & Secretarial matters including amalgamation, mergers and acquisitions. He has also worked with HMA Group of Companies for over 7 yrs where he was handling Legal & Secretarial matters. He holds rich experience & immense knowledge in land banking and other realty related matters. He is presently also the Chief Operating Officer of Competitive Edge Academy Pvt. Ltd., a professionally managed academy which equips students to crack competitive exams. Surya Kumar holds Bachelor's degree in Law and is a Member of Company Secretaries of India.
